yes, it's exactly that: experimental "music" made with balloons. I'm listening to it right now at my desk, so the volume is low, but I am enjoying it, it's very freakin odd, she gets some AMAZING sounds out of them balloons!
Some are like sirens, some are voices, saxaphones, electronics, guitar feedback, industrial etc.
