People Are Awesome
Two employees of the Sonic Drive-in on East Seventh Street in Joplin who were caught naked together in one of the restaurant's restrooms Wednesday night offered what would seem to be a wild explanation but one police say may just be true.

MP3 of the Week
"Things Get a Little Easier (Once You Understand)" by Think*
*at least I think the "group" is called Think, i've found sources on the www giving this as the band name. I'm not sure what year exactly but it was definately early 70s, cuz i remember when this was played on the radio. Somewhere i have the album(!) recorded onto cassette, wherever that is, but i recall this being the only song, and the rest some dialog between the "youth of today" and "the establishment" rappin' 'bout issues. If anyone can shed some more light on thbis please do.
Here are some mp3s i'd love to get, if anybody can help me out:
all of the Beyond the Valley of the Dolls sndtrck
all of the Angel Angel Down We Go sndtrck
the 2 Noh Mercy songs: "Causcasian Guilt" & "Revolutionary Spy"
next week's mp3 of the week: the Mah Na Mah Na Song!
ps: thanks ferrara, i got your cd in the mail today, you're a faster sender-outer than I am. I will send yours tomorrow with a bunch of jujus in it for late payment!

metafilter style
So...I recently started going to school, and had to buy lots of huge books. Like this big mutha. So I went out and bought a new backpack to carry all of my stuff in (and to look cool.) But it turned out to be way too small, and I started researching messenger bags. That's how I found these guys and ended up buying this. I love online purchasing.

Ewwww
I just ate a raisin encrusted in some pastry crumbs that I found on my desk. After eating it I realized I had no idea how long it was there for OR how it got there, then I thought "I should tell the guys!", now I think I should go see Van Selsing this afternoon.

Can we keep these kind of pictures in the extended entry? I like to check this site at work every now and since I share my office with 3 other people, I'd prefer to not give people heart attacks.
