An acquaintance is planning on taking a group of people to Japan in December wherein they'll walk the streets of Tokyo all dressed in Santa suits. He's looking for folks to go along. Subscribe to the santarchy-tokyo Yahoo group for more info.

Why not make it a cultural exchange kinda deal? Tokyo could send a planeload of its denizens over to patrol the suburbs of Duluth, Minnesota dressed up like Keiji Haino...
